Welcome to Kids Actually, where expert advice and a hint of wit meet to make your journey through parenthood while living in Singapore a little bit easier.
As a mother of two, who has been raising an active boy and a sweet girl in our Little Red Dot since their birth, I understand the ups and downs of parenthood while living abroad, away from family and childhood friends all too well.
That's why I've made it my mission to help new and expectant parents navigate the joys and challenges of becoming a new parent, both on a practical and emotional level, through our courses and services.

OUR APPROACH
Hands-on, evidence-based with a dash of humour
With a master's degree in social sciences and many years in the National Health Service in the UK, I believe in taking an evidence-based approach to parenting, while never losing sight of the importance of making the learning experience hands-on and fun.
​
In our signature baby care course, the Fourth Trimester workshop, we focus on strengthening all the skills that you, your partner (and your helper) would need to become confident new parents and caregivers: from breast or bottlefeeding through baby sleeping techniques (no training!) till bathing and diaper care.
Our Mommy Circle - Mini and Me class offers new mothers the opportunity to connect with other women going through the same experiences, while also learning about the latest research and best practices in emotional wellness.

And when it comes to babyproofing, we've got you covered. As a professional babyproofing service, we have the expertise and experience to help you create a safe and secure environment for your little one, so you can focus on the fun stuff.
