Kids Actually provides prenatal & postnatal services and products described on our website, social media accounts, during private home consultations and at our group sessions.

Kids Actually provides general educational information in our Consultation sessions and courses. We do not provide specific advice on our client’s personal medical condition and health issues. The information, feedback and guidelines provided by our educators for you and your baby during delivery of our services are guidelines and general in nature. We do not provide medical advice and/or medical treatments for illnesses or medical conditions.

Information provided by Kids Actually during our consultations and courses, on our website, brochures, booklets and handouts are for our client’s personal knowledge and educational guidance purposes only. Kids Actually is not responsible for any action or behavior of the client based on information provided during the course. Kids Actually is not responsible for misinterpretation of the suggestions given during the course. Clients are advised to immediately consult with their Obstetrician, General practitioner or appropriate health professional for emergency and medical issues in relation to themselves, their pregnancy, their Helpers or the health & safety of their child.

Cancellation policy for group sessions:                                                                                                                                                                                     

If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the course starts: 100% refund minus a $50 cancellation fee

If you cancel between 2 weeks before and 1 week before the course starts: 50% refund

If you cancel less than 1 week before the course starts: No refund

Exceptional circumstances: If cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We understand that there could be a medical emergency that warranted the cancellation. We will either refund you or book you in the next available workshop.

Cancellation policy for private consultations

If you cancel within 48 hours before your initial consultation you will be subject to a 50% charge based on your original consultation fee. 

Exceptional circumstances: If cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We understand that there could be a medical emergency that warranted the cancellation. We will either refund you or book you in the next available private session.                                                                                                                                                                                

Client Personal liability                                                                                                                                                                            

Kids Actually accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss of client belongings resulting from participation in our workshops, classes, or prenatal and postnatal services provided at your house or any other location. We suggest that you take good care of all of your valuables and personal property.

If a client becomes unwell while participating in one of our programs, workshops, or while receiving services from Kids Actually, they are recommended to seek immediate medical attention from their obstetrician, general practitioner, or other appropriate health professional.

Intellectual Property

​

Our website and our courses may include our service marks, trademarks, or other intellectual property in the form of words, graphics, and logos, as well as that of our affiliates or other businesses. Without Kids Actually's prior written consent, you do not have any rights or licenses to use our service marks, trademarks, or other intellectual property as a result of using our website or services.

Our Content, including information that can be found on our website and in our services, the course handouts, is protected by Singaporean law. Any such Content may not be copied, distributed again, used, or published by you under any circumstances. You do not acquire any ownership rights to our Content by using our website, services, or course materials.

Payments

You guarantee that if you buy something from us, (i) all payment information you provide is accurate and truthful, (ii) your bank or credit card company will honor any charges you make, (iii) you'll pay the listed price for the item(s) plus any applicable taxes, and (iv) even if your primary payment method is declined, you'll still pay the remaining balance plus any surcharge we may incur as a result of the declined payment.

Photos                                                                                                                                                                                                      

A photographer and/or videoprapher may be present during the Kids Actually courses/classes and prenatal/postnatal sessions to take pictures and/or videos for advertising or marketing purposes. Please let us know at hello@kidsactuallysg.com if you have any concerns about this so we can make sure you aren't represented in any photos or videos that might be used on our website, on social media, or in marketing materials. Before the photography and video recording start during our courses, workshops, and sessions, we will also verbally inform and check with all attendees if they consent to being recorded.
